Common use of Uniform Weekly Deliveries Clause in Contracts

Uniform Weekly Deliveries. Seller shall deliver the Ethanol and Buyer shall take Delivery of Ethanol at the Delivery Point(s) at uniform weekly rates, as nearly as practicable such that the Ethanol delivered in any one month shall approximately equal one twelfth (1/12th) of Seller’s estimated annual Ethanol production. Buyer shall be obligated to take Delivery of, and to pay for in accordance with Article 4, all quantities of Ethanol tendered for Delivery by Seller.

Uniform Weekly Deliveries. Seller shall deliver the Ethanol and Buyer Xxxxx shall take Delivery of Ethanol at the Delivery Point(s) at uniform weekly rates, as nearly as practicable such that the Ethanol delivered (“Delivered”) in any one month shall approximately equal one twelfth (1/12th) of Seller’s 's estimated annual Ethanol production. Buyer shall be obligated to take Delivery of, and to pay for in accordance with Article 4, all quantities of Ethanol tendered for Delivery by Seller.
