Common use of Unilateral Termination by GENENTECH Clause in Contracts

Unilateral Termination by GENENTECH. GENENTECH, in its sole discretion, at any time may terminate this Agreement, and the rights and obligations hereunder, or may remove any Licensed Product and the licenses related thereto from operation of this Agreement, in any case effective [*] after written notice thereof to IMMUNOGEN. In the event of any termination under this Section 7.2(c) only as to a Licensed Product, the consequences set forth in Section 7.3 below relating to termination of the Agreement under this Section 7.2(c) shall apply only with respect to such terminated Licensed Product, and this Agreement and the rights and obligations hereunder shall continue in full force and effect as to any and all other Licensed Products.
