Common use of Unilateral Termination by Licensee Clause in Contracts

Unilateral Termination by Licensee. Licensee may unilaterally terminate this Agreement for any reason upon a 120-day written notice to Licensor.

Unilateral Termination by Licensee. Licensee may unilaterally terminate Notwithstanding Section 15 d. below, this Agreement for any reason may be terminated by Licensee effective upon a 120-day one year’s prior written notice to Licensor., provided that such termination will not have any effect on payments previously received by Licensor or Licensee’s obligations under this Agreement with respect to royalty and service fees which arise prior to the effective date of the termination under this Section 15 c.
