Unintentional and Nonfraudulent Latent Acts, Errors, Omissions or Breaches of Duty. In the event of an unintentional and nonfraudulent latent act, error, omission or breach of duty, the DFCM shall have the time period allowed by Utah law and the Utah Code, unless a longer period is provided for in an attachment to this Agreement.
