UNINTERRUPTED POSSESSION. So long as Lessee will perform the Lessee’s covenants herein contained and pay the rent and maintenance fees and authorized assessments promptly when due, Lessees shall peaceably hold and enjoy said premises for the term of this lease and any extensions thereof, without hindrance or interruption by Lessor or any other person or persons lawfully claiming by, through or under it as herein expressly provided. The use of the property is subject to the declaration and to restrictions and reservations set forth on the Survey of Shelter Bay, Division # , by reference incorporated herein.
UNINTERRUPTED POSSESSION. Landlord hereby covenants that if Tenant shall keep and perform all of the covenants of this lease on the part of Tenant to be performed, Landlord will guarantee to Tenant the quiet, peaceful and uninterrupted possession of the Premises.
