- UNION AGREES TO. a. Meet in good faith with representatives of the District to attempt to resolve all questions arising between them. b. Within its ability, cooperate with the District to promote the most efficient and satisfactory operations of the transit system and recognize that the business success of the transit system is a mutual concern of employer and employee. c. There will be no cessation of work through strikes or lockouts during the existence of this Agreement. Employees who are members of Union shall have the right to respect sanctioned picket lines recognized by the Union. Employees respecting lines shall not receive credit for any benefits during the time employees are respecting such picket lines.
