Common use of Union and Management Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Union and Management Cooperation. The Union and the Employer agree to work together to enhance the Employer's business and to improve conditions under which employees work. The Union agrees to cooperate with the Employer in maintaining and improving safe and sanitary conditions and practices; and in maintaining, safeguarding and conserving the equipment, supplies, materials, vehicles, machinery, buildings and other property used by employees in connection with their work assignments.
