Union or Works Council Cooperation. Seller and Buyer shall cooperate with each other and, if applicable, the management of the Nordic Companies, in connection with complying with any requirement to notify, consult with, receive the opinion of, or obtain the consent of any Union that is required by applicable Law or Contract in connection with the Transactions.
