UNION REPRESENTATION & ACTIVITIES. 03.01 - Union Staff Representatives Union representatives who are not Employees shall be authorized to speak for the Union in all matters governed by this Agreement and shall be permitted to visit work areas with prior notice to the Employer. The Union shall provide a list of names of the Union representatives to the Employer. The Union shall provide no less than one (1) hour notice of such visits, subject to exceptions for emergency or exigent circumstances.
