UNION REPRESENTATION/BULLETIN BOARDS. Section 3.1 The Employer agrees to recognize three (3) employees as Union representatives for the purpose of processing grievances and representing employees pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement. The Union will notify the Superintendent in writing of the names of the employee representatives and of any changes that may occur. With prior supervisory approval, which will not be unreasonably denied, Union representatives may conduct the following activities during work hours without loss of pay:
