UNION SECURITY Section A. Membership. All Employees covered by this agreement shall within thirty (30) days of the signing of this agreement, or within (30) days of employment, whichever is later, pay dues or a representation fee to the union. Employees who fail to comply with this requirement shall be discharged by the Employer within thirty (30) days after receipt of written notice of default by the Union. The Union hereby certifies that its representation fee and procedures for resolving representation fee disputes are consistent with law.
