The General Services Administration (GSA) requires federal funding recipients to have a UEI which is generated by XXX.xxx, therefore recipients are to keep their registration current to ensure they receive their UEO. ii. If the Contractor or its principals or affiliates is disbarred, suspended or ineligible from federal contracting, the Agreement may be terminated immediately.

Unique Entity Identifier. All applicants must have a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number. The Unique Entity Identifier is the 12-digit alphanumeric identifier that will be provided by XXX.xxx to all entities who register to do business with the federal government (including the existing entities). This is the identifier which is replacing the use of the DUNS. There is NO cost to register in XXX.xxx.
Unique Entity Identifier. Pursuant to FFATA reporting requirements and in order to receive funding under this Agreement, the Sub- recipient shall provide IHCDA with a valid Unique Entity ID (“UEI”) that identifies the Sub-grantee. Accordingly, the Sub-grantee shall register for and obtain a UEI prior to execution of this Agreement if it does not currently have a UEI. A UEI is assigned when an entity registers with the System for Award Management at XXX.xxx. If the Sub-grantee is already registered at XXX.xxx, a UEI has already been assigned, and the Sub-grantee may find its UEI by logging into XXX.xxx.
Unique Entity Identifier shall provide SEC with its Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) from the federal government to enable SEC to determine if contractor is listed on the government-wide exclusions to receiving federal funds in the System for Award Management (Xxx.xxx), in accordance with OMB guidelines in the Code of Federal Regulations at 2 CFR 180. If not already registered in XXX.xxx, contractor shall register and receive a UEI. The UEI shall be submitted to SEC prior to any payments made under this agreement. If the contractor is on the list of government-wide exclusions, then this contract will be null and void.
