1. This Project is authorized by 23 U.S.C. §402 and regulations promulgated there under, more particularly Volume 102, and if State funds are involved, this project is authorized by ARS §28-602. The funds authorized for this Project have been appropriated and budgeted by the U.S. Department of Transportation. The expenses are reimbursable under Arizona's Highway Safety Plan Program Area 402- AI, as approved for by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

Unique Entity Identifier. (UEI)
i. The General Services Administration (GSA) requires federal funding recipients to have a UEI which is generated by XXX.xxx, therefore recipients are to keep their registration current to ensure they receive their UEO.
ii. The Contractor agrees it shall maintain current registration in the System for Award Management, XXX.xxx, at all times during which it has active federal awards.
iii. If the Contractor or its principals or affiliates is disbarred, suspended or ineligible from federal contracting, the Agreement may be terminated immediately.

Pursuant to FFATA reporting requirements and in order to receive funding under this Agreement, the Sub- recipient shall provide IHCDA with a valid Unique Entity ID (“UEI”) that identifies the Sub-grantee. Accordingly, the Sub-grantee shall register for and obtain a UEI prior to execution of this Agreement if it does not currently have a UEI. A UEI is assigned when an entity registers with the System for Award Management at XXX.xxx. If the Sub-grantee is already registered at XXX.xxx, a UEI has already been assigned, and the Sub-grantee may find its UEI by logging into XXX.xxx.

Unique Entity Identifier. The Borrower shall obtain prior to the Effective Date (and provide such number to the WIFIA Credit Provider) and maintain through the Final Maturity Date a Unique Entity Identifier.
