MEETINGS AND REPORTING. D5.1 The Contractor and the Contractor’s Personnel shall upon receipt of reasonable notice and during office hours attend all meetings arranged by DCLG’s Contract Manager for the discussion of matters connected with the performance of the Services.
D5.2 The Contractor and the Contractor’s Personnel shall provide DCLG’s Contract Manager with such reports of the Services and copies of the Deliverables at such intervals and in such form as DCLG may from time to time reasonably require.

Upon completion of the SFD survey and the acceptance and evaluation of the Exploratory Prospects, Encal shall provide Pinnacle with an outline of the Xxxxx to be drilled and new Facilities to be constructed. It is acknowledged that such outline shall not be binding and may be subject to revision from time to time. At two (2) month intervals thereafter, Encal shall provide outlines for the EJV Xxxxx scheduled to be drilled in each successive calendar quarter during the Term. Beyond the Term, the Parties shall consult to determine the most efficient and reasonable method of scheduling further operations.
MEETINGS AND REPORTING. 4.1 During all times in which this Agreement is in effect, the Fire District agrees that the Regional District's representative, shall be entitled to attend all meetings of the Fire District so as to provide advice and liaison between the Fire District and the Regional District.
4.2 The Regional District's representative shall provide administrative and other support with respect to this Agreement.
4.3 The Fire District and the Regional District shall meet at least twice annually (ie. mid-year and year end) and the Fire District shall provide reports covering the activities of the Fire District with respect to this Agreement, for the year to date reporting period. The report shall cover at a minimum the following:
(a) expenses of the Fire District compared to budget;
(b) summary of recruitment, training and public education activities; and
(c) the type and quantity of emergency responses in the Fire District and the Properties.
MEETINGS AND REPORTING. An MOU describes the interaction between the organizations. It provides a structure, such as a specific meeting time, or the "as needed" informal expectations of either party. It is also a way for parties to specify their reporting needs and timeframes. To accomplish the purpose and objective set forth in the MOU, partners will meet at least [twice] a year. The financial or funding support situation should be explained. Someone may need to take responsibility for financial record keeping and reporting. Specify who will review and approve expenditures and financial decisions on behalf of the collaboration, if needed. Here are a few examples of statements for program collaborations or partnerships where funding is not part of the agreements: Nothing in this MOU shall be deemed to be a commitment or obligation of funds from either …. or …… (or any of their various components). The entities acknowledge that all or any financial arrangements must be negotiated and will depend upon the availability of funds. Once the MOU is prepared and agreed upon by parties involved, it should be signed and dated by the authorized individuals representing each partner or organization. Copies should be kept in an easily accessible location by both entities. The following is example template with sample language for Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Please note that other sections may need to be added, depending on the nature of the agreement and the parties involved. The duties and responsibilities of each party should be clearly defined. Please state what is to be done or what is expected in plain, simple language. Be specific about any financial or other resource obligations of each party and include the dates when the actions are to be taken and completed.

An appropriate interval between meetings is normally three months. Extra meetings shall be arranged as required. The location of the meetings shall be Stockholm and New York City, the number of meetings divided evenly between the two locations. Joint steering group meetings may also take place by telephone or audio-visual means as further set forth in Schedule 9. The arranging Party shall issue an agenda well in advance and no later than three working days prior to the meeting. The project manager of the respective Party shall participate and submit a report. The arranging Party shall also issue minutes from the meeting no later than five working days after the meeting. The minutes shall be considered approved by the other Party unless the arranging Party is notified of any objection to the minutes within ten working days of receipt of the minutes by the other Party. Project management meetings shall take place regularly, normally once a month. Extra meetings shall be arranged as required. The location of the meetings shall be Stockholm and New York City as appropriate. Project management meetings may also take place by telephone or audio-visual means as further set forth in Schedule 9. MEETINGS AND REPORTING. The Parties acknowledge that in performing the terms of this Agreement the FIRE COMPANY is performing an essential public function which is paid for largely by public funds. The Parties thus agree that it is in their mutual interest, and in the interest of the public to assist each other in maintaining the public trust.
