Common use of Unique Insurance Coverage Clause in Contracts

Unique Insurance Coverage.  Professional Liability/Errors and Omissions Insurance covering Contractor’s liability arising from or related to this Contract, with limits of not less than $1 million per claim and $2 million aggregate. Further, Contractor understands and agrees it shall maintain such coverage for a period of not less than three (3) years following this Agreement’s expiration, termination or cancellation.
