Common use of Unit Area and Exhibits Clause in Contracts

Unit Area and Exhibits. 3.1 The area specified on the map attached hereto marked ‘‘Exhibit A’’ is hereby designated and recognized as constituting the Unit Area, containing lll acres, more or less. The above-described Unit Area shall be expanded, when practicable, to include therein any additional lands or shall be contracted to exclude lands whenever such expansion or contraction is deemed to be necessary or advisable to conform with the purposes of this Agreement.
