Unit Certificates; Registration. The Member shall be entitled to a certificate stating the number of Units held by the Member in such form as shall, in conformity with law and this Agreement, be prescribed from time to time by the Board of Managers (a “Unit Certificate”). Such Unit Certificate shall be signed by the President or any Vice President or Assistant Vice President and by the Treasurer, Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the Company. The Company shall maintain a record of the ownership of the Interest which shall, initially, be as set forth on Exhibit 7.2 and which shall be amended from time to time to reflect transfers of the ownership of the Interest.
