Unit Execution and Countersignature. The Unit Agent is hereby authorized to countersign and to deliver, in accordance with the terms of this Unit Agreement, the Units required to be issued pursuant to the provisions of this Section 5, and the Company, whenever required by the Unit Agent, will supply the Unit Agent with Unit s duly executed on behalf of the Company for such purpose.
