Common use of Unit Factor Clause in Contracts

Unit Factor. A point allocation, attributable to the purchase price (furnished) of each dedicated apartment unit, will be calculated quarterly so as to determine the Owner's unit factor. The computation of this factor will be based upon the purchase price (furnished) of each apartment unit as of January 1 of each year for each type of apartment. the unit factor will be the sum total of the purchase price (furnished), as herein defined of all apartment units dedicated during the quarter, divided into the purchase price (furnished) as herein defined of the particular dedicated apartment unit. The resulting fraction shall be expressed as a decimal.
