Unit Locations. Affordable Dwelling Units shall be located exclusively in 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx 0, 2, and 3. Phase 1 shall contain eight Affordable Dwelling Units, Phase 2 shall contain six Affordable Dwelling Units, and Phase 3 shall contain seven Affordable Dwelling Units. The Affordable Dwelling Units shall not be concentrated entirely on any one floor, wing, or section of a building within each Phase.
Unit Locations. Affordable Dwelling Units shall be located exclusively in The Standard at Xxx Arbor. Units A7 and A8 have been designated as the Affordable Dwelling Units.
Unit Locations. HVAC and evaporative cooler units (when used) shall be located on roof, adjacent to a glulam beam or girder, at or near a structural column, set back from building edge to hide them from sight. Framing for roof penetrations and supports for all roof-top equipment must be reviewed, approved and stamped by a structural engineer.
Unit Locations. Workforce Housing Units shall be disbursed throughout the Apartments Unit and not be concentrated on any one floor or within any one section of the Apartments Unit.
