Unit Owner's Default under Security Agreement. If Unit Owner shall default in payment or performance of any of Unit Owner's obligations under any pledge or leasehold mortgage or other security agreement (the "security agreement") given a secured party, who has complied with the provisions of this Lease, and written notice of such default is given to Lessor by the secured party or its counsel, then Unit Owner shall be considered in default hereunder;
