Unit Transactions Clause Samples
Unit Transactions. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, SHC Funding and each of the Interested Parties hereby agree to perform the following transactions (the "Unit Transactions") with respect to the issuance, distribution or exchange of membership units of SHC Funding ("SHC Funding Units") as an integral part of the Formation and Structuring Transactions:
Unit Transactions.
