For purposes of establishing the Parties’ respective ownership of intellectual property conceived, discovered, developed, or otherwise made under this Agreement, inventorship of Information and inventions conceived, discovered, developed, or otherwise made under this Agreement shall be determined in accordance with Applicable Law in the United States as such law exists as of the Effective Date irrespective of where such conception, discovery, development or making occurs.
