Common use of Units Acquired Directly From The Company Clause in Contracts

Units Acquired Directly From The Company. After the formation of the Company, the Board of Directors may admit any Person as a new Member upon the payment to the Company of the consideration for the Units acquired by him, as established from time to time by the Board of Directors. Any Person becoming a Member shall execute, a written acknowledgment that he or she has read this Agreement, the Certificate of Formation, and all amendments hereto and thereto and that he or she agrees to be bound by the terms of the Company Agreement.
