Units; Admission of Partners. (a) The number of Common Units and Promote Units owned by each Partner shall be set forth on Schedule A (the “Partner Schedule”). The Partner Schedule shall be maintained by the General Partner on behalf of the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement.
