Common use of Units; Admission of Partners Clause in Contracts

Units; Admission of Partners. (a) The number of Common Units and Promote Units owned by each Partner shall be set forth on Schedule A (the “Partner Schedule”). The Partner Schedule shall be maintained by the General Partner on behalf of the Partnership in accordance with this Agreement. (b) The General Partner may cause the Partnership to authorize and issue from time to time such other Units or other Equity Securities of any type, class or series and having the designations, preferences or special rights as may be determined the General Partner. Such Units or other Equity Securities may be issued pursuant to such agreements as the General Partner shall approve, with respect to Persons employed by or otherwise performing services for the Partnership or any of its Subsidiaries, other equity compensation agreements, options or warrants. When any such other Units or other Equity Securities are authorized and issued, the Partner Schedule and this Agreement shall be amended by the General Partner to reflect such additional issuances.
