UNITS AND INITIAL CAPITAL CONTRIBUTIONS. 3.1 Limited Partner Units and General Partner Interest.
(a) The Interests of the Limited Partners in the Partnership shall be divided into and represented by Units, each representing a share of the aggregate Interests of the Limited Partners in the Partnership as determined pursuant to this Agreement.
(b) The General Partner, in its capacity as the general partner of the Partnership, shall hold a 0.001% undivided Interest in the Partnership. The General Partner shall have the right to receive such distributions in respect of that Interest in the Partnership only as are expressly provided for in this Agreement.

For clarification, Limited Partners shall hold LP Units and General Partners shall hold GP Units.
(b) The Managing General Partner, in its capacity as the managing general partner of the Partnership, shall hold a 0.001% undivided Interest in the Partnership. The Managing General Partner shall have the right to receive such distributions in respect of that Interest in the Partnership only as are expressly provided for in this Agreement.
