Common use of Units Generally Clause in Contracts

Units Generally. The right of a Member to vote in its capacity as a member of the Company shall be represented by membership units (the "Units"). Unless otherwise determined by the Board, each Member shall receive one Unit for each dollar of such Member's Capital Contribution. The number of Units of each Member shall be set forth on Schedule A. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Special Membership Interests shall not have voting rights.
