Units in Class I Sample Clauses

Units in Class I. As compensation, the Selling Agent shall receive a service fee in respect of the Class I Units, monthly in arrears, equal to 1/ 2th of 2.0% (2.0% per annum) of the Net Asset Value per Unit of the outstanding Class I Units on an on-going basis. Ongoing compensation will be paid at the end of each calendar quarter on the basis of the Units outstanding during each month during such quarter. “Net Assets,” for purposes of determining ongoing compensation shall be calculated after reduction of all expenses of the Trust, including accrued and unpaid expenses.
