Common use of Units; Sale of Additional Units Clause in Contracts

Units; Sale of Additional Units. Each Series Member’s interest in the Series is represented by units (“Units”) of membership interest (“Membership Interest”) each having identical rights and privileges, except as otherwise provided in this Series Agreement. An unlimited number of Units is hereby authorized. Outstanding Units shall be shown on the Schedule of Series Members kept with the Company’s registrar or transfer agent. Nothing in this Agreement prevents the Series Manager from selling additional Units in the Series in order to provide for additional working capital of the Series, including to existing Series Members or the Series Manager.
