Units Subject to Accelerated Vesting. The number of Performance Share Units that would be subject to accelerated vesting pursuant to subparagraph 6(d)(i) or 6(d)(ii) will be equal to the greater of (A) the number of Performance Share Units determined by the Committee to have been earned during the truncated Performance Period, and (B) the Target Number of Units.
