Common use of University Board as Fiscal Agent for the Academy Clause in Contracts

University Board as Fiscal Agent for the Academy. The University Board is the fiscal agent for the Academy. The University Board shall, within three (3) business days, forward to the Academy all state school aid funds or other public or private funds received by the University Board for the benefit of the Academy. The University Board shall retain any amount owed to the University Board by the Academy pursuant to this Contract. For purposes of this section, the responsibilities of the University Board, the State of Michigan, and the Academy are set forth in the Fiscal Agent Agreement incorporated herein as Schedule 4.
