Common use of University Licensors Clause in Contracts

University Licensors. Each Party agrees to enforce the provisions of any agreement it has with any of the University Licensors, which provisions permit such Party to solicit or compel the cooperation of, including the naming as a party to a litigation of, any such University Licensor, as may be necessary or useful to bring or maintain an action to enforce any Pooled Patent hereunder.
