Common use of University Name Clause in Contracts

University Name. Tenant shall not have or acquire any property right or interest in the name of the University or to “California Polytechnic State University, San Xxxx Obispo,” or “Cal Poly,” or any related name or any permutation thereof that may imply any connection of Tenant or the Improvements with the University.
