Common use of University of Minnesota Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability; and Release Clause in Contracts

University of Minnesota Disclaimer; Limitation of Liability; and Release. (a) Calyxt acknowledges and agrees that the disclaimer, remedy limitation and damages cap provisions applicable to and exclusion of representations and warranties by the University Minnesota, set forth in Sections 10.2, 11.1 and 11.2 of the UMinn License shall apply with respect to Calyxt’s rights and remedies under this Agreement and such Sections are hereby incorporated by reference herein, mutatis mutandis.
