University operation and duration of studies. The student has the right to a well-regulated university operation according to the approved application, especially the passing on of designated and defined study material. Regardless of the reasons, the students are to be informed as soon as possible of any changes in university operations. Each semester, the student is issued a transcript of records for the exams taken. The duration of studies must not be exceeded due to any fault of the provider.
