UNIVERSITY PROPERTY AND COMMON PROPERTY. Common residence property and/or University property is intended for the benefit of the community. The removal of residence and/or University property to a student’s room, or to any other location, will be considered an act of theft and treated accordingly. Students possessing and/or using stolen property (including, but not limited to: shopping carts and street signs) may be fined. Permission for pass keying a room to retrieve this property can be given by the Director without advance notice to the student(s).
