UNIVERSITY REPRESENTATION. 46 The University shall be represented in the grievance procedure as follows: 1. The immediate supervisor of the aggrieved employee. 2. The department head, or equivalent level of supervisor (or designated representative), of the aggrieved employee. 3. The University Review Committee which shall be chaired by the Director of Staff HR Services (or designated representative from Staff HR Services). 47 A member of the Staff HR Services Department may be present at any step of the Grievance Procedure. 48 The Union and the University shall furnish each other and keep current a written list of representatives for the grievance procedure.
