The University reserves the right to enter Resident’s room without notice for housekeeping; maintenance; inventory purposes; to verify occupancy; to xxxxx a public nuisance; to enforce this Agreement, any University policy, the Residential Student Handbook, or the Student Code of Conduct; or to protect any interests related to the University’s educational mission.
