Unless Agent, the Fronting Lender Sample Clauses

Unless Agent, the Fronting Lender and Swing Line Lender have each agreed in their respective sole discretions to act as Agent, Fronting Lender or Swing Line Lender (as the case may be) following the extended Revolving Credit Maturity Date, a successor Agent, Fronting Lender or Swing Line Lender (as the case may be) shall have been appointed by the Lenders to act as Agent, Fronting Lender or Swing Line Lender (as the case may be) commencing on the extended Revolving Credit Maturity Date.
