Unless otherwise specified in Sample Clauses
The clause 'Unless otherwise specified in' serves to introduce an exception to a general rule or provision within a contract or agreement. It signals that the terms being discussed are subject to change if another section of the document provides a different instruction or requirement. For example, a payment schedule might apply unless a specific project milestone is addressed elsewhere in the contract. This clause ensures flexibility and clarity by allowing for tailored provisions that override standard terms when explicitly stated, thereby preventing conflicts and confusion within the agreement.
