Common use of Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers Clause in Contracts

Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers. Knology will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all Knology customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published SLI will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth’s GSST.

Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers. Knology Conextel will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all Knology Conextel customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published SLI will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth’s GSST.

Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers. Knology Xxxx Communications will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all Knology Xxxx Communications customers who wish to be omitted from directories. Unlisted/Non-Published SLI will be subject to the rates as set forth in BellSouth’s GSSTGeneral Subscriber Services Tariff.
