Common use of Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers Clause in Contracts

Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers. Pinnacle will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all Pinnacle customers that wish to be omitted from directories.

Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers. Pinnacle NOW will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all Pinnacle NOW customers that wish to be omitted from directories.

Unlisted/Non-Published Subscribers. Pinnacle Preferred will be required to provide to BellSouth the names, addresses and telephone numbers of all Pinnacle Preferred customers that wish to be omitted from directories.
