Unpaid Company Expenses. Section 3.24 of the Company Disclosure Schedules sets forth a complete and accurate list of the Unpaid Company Expenses (a) due and owing as of the Execution Date and (b) expected to be due and owing as of the Closing (as estimated in good faith by the Company as of the Execution Date), including, for each item on such list, the dollar amount thereof.
