Unpaid Judgments. If a judgment or judgments for the payment of money shall be rendered against Applicant and any such judgment shall remain unpaid, unstayed on appeal, unbonded, undischarged or undismissed for a period of ninety (90) consecutive days.

Unpaid Judgments. One or more final judgments, decrees, ---------------- or orders for the payment of money in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) in the aggregate shall be rendered against any of the Borrowers and such judgments, decrees or orders shall continue unsatisfied and in effect for a period of thirty (30) consecutive days without being vacated, discharged, satisfied or stayed or bonded pending appeal.
