UNPAID SUMS AS. ADVANCES Any unpaid sum shall (for the purposes of this Clause 27 and Clause 20.1 (Increased Costs)) be treated as an advance and accordingly in this Clause 27 and Clause 20.1 (Increased Costs) the term "Advance" includes any unpaid sum and "Term", in relation to an unpaid sum, includes each such period relating thereto as is mentioned in Clause 20.1 (Default Interest Periods).
