Common use of Unpaid Termination Fees Clause in Contracts

Unpaid Termination Fees. Any Termination Fees that remain unpaid to Company upon dissolution of the Program and/or termination of this Agreement shall not be the obligation of Company, but shall be paid to Company as provided by the Commission and the Program. The Parties agree that this Section 7.1 satisfies the obligations of Utah Code § 54-17-903(2)(b)(ii).
