Unquoted Investments External Review. With respect to Eligible Portfolio Investments for which market quotations are not readily available (“Unquoted Investments”), the Borrower shall request an Approved Third-Party Appraiser to assist the Board of Directors of the Borrower in determining the fair market value of such Unquoted Investments, as at the last day of each fiscal quarter following the Effective Date (each such value, an “External Unquoted Value”) and to provide the Board of Directors with a written valuation report as part of that assistance each quarter.
