Common use of Unquoted Investments External Review Clause in Contracts

Unquoted Investments External Review. With respect to Eligible Portfolio Investments for which market quotations are not readily available (“Unquoted Investments”), other than No External Review Assets, the Borrower shall request an Approved Third-Party Appraiser to assist the Board of Directors of the Borrower in determining the fair market value of such Unquoted Investments, as at the last day of each fiscal quarter following the Original Effective Date (each such value, an “External Unquoted Value”) and to provide the Board of Directors with a written independent valuation report as part of that assistance each quarter. Each such valuation report shall also include the information required to comply with paragraph 8 and paragraph 22 of Schedule 1.01(d).
