Common use of Unreadable Magnetic Stripes Clause in Contracts

Unreadable Magnetic Stripes. If you authorize and present Card transactions electronically and your terminal is unable to read the magnetic stripe on the Card, you will obtain an imprint of the Card and the Cardholder’s signature on the imprinted draft before presenting the Sales Draft to Member Bank and Processor for processing.
