Common use of Unreasonable Noise or Vibration Clause in Contracts

Unreasonable Noise or Vibration. Business machines and mechanical equipment belonging to Tenant which cause unreasonable noise or vibration that may be transmitted to the structure of the Building or to any leased space to such a degree as to be objectionable to Landlord or to any tenants in the Building shall be placed and maintained by Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, on vibration eliminators or other devices sufficient to eliminate such unreasonable noise or vibration.
