PROHIBITION ON NON-COMPETE RESTRICTIONS Grantee shall not require any employees or Subcontractors to agree to any conditions, such as non-compete clauses or other contractual arrangements that would limit or restrict such persons or entities from employment or contracting with the State of Texas.
Judicial Restraint Nothing contained herein shall preclude the Village or the Union from obtaining judicial restraint and damages in the event the other party violates this Article.
EMPLOYMENT OF UNAUTHORIZED ALIENS PROHIBITED In accordance with §2.2-4311.1 of the Code of Virginia, as amended, the Contractor must not during the performance of this Contract knowingly employ an unauthorized alien, as that term is defined in the federal Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
